Product availability inquiry


Using this function the client can inquire availability of product at Galexis.
To answer this inquery, we check our stock and customer to product authorisation.
It is possible to check more than one product per request.


The answer contains following elements:

  • availability
    • YES=immediately available
    • NO=not available, see message
    • LATER=delayed for some reason, see message
    • message - describes why, if (availability <> YES)
  • basis price
  • conditions (invoice quantity, discount %, bonus quantity)
  • expected logistic service cost
  • product description
  • public price (suggested counter price)

Changes in POS V2.0

  • XML Schema design adjusted to other messages
  • EAN, pharmacode and supplier product number can be used for inquiry
  • products from the same generics family are listed in response
  • some additional attributes are returned (see schema documentation)
